kelechij Incase you never know, Our State governor Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu turns 51 today, though am not sure if he is celebrating it but as our able Governor he needs to be celebrated.

Governor, Okezie Victor Ikpeazu is the ninth Governor of Abia State, Nigeria. He was elected on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). He won the elections held on April 11, 2015 and the supplementary elections held two weeks later on April 25, 2015.

Ikpeazu was born on October 18, 1964, to the family of late Ishmael and Bessie Ikpeazu of Umuebere in Umuobiakwa village, Isialaukwu, Mbato Autonomous Community in Obi Ngwa Local Government Area of Abia State, Nigeria.

Before joining politics, Ikpeazu had been a lecturer in several Nigerian educational institutions.
